What types of flour do you use? 

We use different blends but the basic flours are: white rice, sweet white sorghum, potato, brown rice, quinoa, tapioca and oat. Some breads may also contain amaranth and corn.

What types of sugar do you use?

We use organic cane sugar, maple sugar and confectioners sugar.

Are your products nut free?

Allie’s is free from peanuts, tree nuts, coconut and sesame. 

Are your products dairy free?

Allie’s is Certified Kosher Pareve by the OU, which means we are dairy free.

Are your products certified Gluten Free?

Allie’s is Certified Gluten Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America.

Allie’s is also the first to be Certified Free From the Top 6 Allergens by Kitchens with Confidence.

If I have a specific allergy can your products be “custom” ordered?

Custom is our middle name! Allie loves a challenge. All we ask is that you call us directly to discuss your allergies and understand that there may be a minimum purchase required.
